When and Where

The 2011 Snowbird Conference will be held Sunday, February 28th through Tuesday March 2nd. It will be held at:

Motel Rates

Conference rates will apply Saturday February 26th, 2011 and run through Wednesday March 2nd, 2011. Motel fees are paid directly to the Beacon Resort. Please use the Room Reservation Form to guarantee the conference rate.

The current rates are:

  • Regular: $80.00 (Per person double occupancy)
  • Poolside: $80.00 (Per person double occupancy)

    • For single occupancy please ADD $25.00 to room rate. Rates are subject to 8% state tax and $5 per day dining room gratuity which will be added to your bill upon check out.

    • Continuing Education Credit

    The conference has been approved by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts OEMS and therefore by The National Registry of EMT for:

  • 16 Hours of continuing education credit for FRs, EMT-Bs, Intermediates and Paramedics
  • EMT-B Dot Refresher

    • Please note that each topic has a separate approval number and your total for continuing education credit hours will depend on the number of sessions you attend.

    Conference Amenities

    While you're attending the conference, why not enjoy some skiing? The Beacon Resort is located near many ski destinations such as Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, Bretton Woods and Cannon Mountain.

    If you're not into skiing The Beacon Resort offers heated indoor pools, jacuzzis, saunas and a video arcade. Shopping is nearby.
