EMS Conference Coordinators: Snowbird Conference, Register by Mail
We understand that not everyone is comfortable registering and paying online. As such we offer registration and payment through the U.S. Postal service. Please keep in mind that your seat for the conference will not be reserved until payment is received in full and that mail registration typically takes between 3 to 5 days to receive and process.
If you are interested in registering by mail please download our registration form and complete it in full. Please include a check for the appropriate registration fee. Please note that there will be a $10.00 surcharge for returned checks. You will need Adobe Reader in order to view and print the form. This is free software you can get from Adobe.com.
